At the Spine Center of Southeast Georgia, we recognize that effective pain management requires a multi-disciplinary approach as well as patients’ own self-care at home. We welcome patients in Kingsland and Brunswick, Georgia and offer a variety of self-help resources to help you conquer your chronic or injury-related pain.
What is Self-Help?
Self-help refers to strategies you can use at home to achieve pain relief without formal pain treatments. Self-help strategies may not work as well as interventional pain management services we offer at our pain clinic, but they can give you additional relief when combined with our treatment options. These self-help strategies can also help you manage the pain you experience between appointments.
The Spine Center of Southeast Georgia offers a variety of pain management resources, education, and tips to help you recover and feel better. These strategies can be used alone or in conjunction with treatment to achieve significant improvement in your quality of life.
